I am 18, I have experience in looking after young children. I baby sit for my auntie on a regular basis and have done since my youngest cousin was 6 months old now 5 years. The oldest I have looked after is 12 years old.
I have looked after friends and families kids. Some have been challenging but it builds up the experience.
I have always wanted to have a career looking after children but it didn't work out as I had to leave school to look after my cousin.
I did an introductory course in early education and child care when i was in high school, every second Friday for 2 years. Past the first level.
I love doing Arts and crafts with children, reading books and doing whatever the child likes to do.
