Umamah, after-school childcare - BB9 Nelson

I am a student at college and doing Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education course, this is my first year in college but I have been working in many Child care settings. I can maintain a professional attitude and will be able to give parents/carers the confidence and reassurance that their child is being cared for by a professional skilled person, who will be beneficial to their child. I understand the need for confidentiality. There are many aspects of being a babysitter that requires confidential material about the child and this must be kept secure. I am approachable and very friendly, I have good listening skills, I am very patient, I am very understanding and reliable.
