Aysha, after-school childcare in Birmingham B19

Hi, I'm Aysha and I hold a degree in Early years childhood studies which has given me the academic and practical knowledge and skills to understand children's needs under my provision. I have over 8 years experience in various amounts of nurseries and schools working with newborn babies all the way to teens. I want to help children achieve the best in life. I understand the importance of having a good role model for children and how it can encourage their self-awareness and self-esteem. I have great communication skills and will communicate well both with the parents and with the children in my care. I have good organisational skills, patience, flexibility, creativity and an ability to build relationships with children and parents, this is something I possess. I am very outgoing and a friendly person. I have experience in working with SEN children while doing a 10 months placement in a school. In my most recent job, I worked in a University as a learning disability support worker which has given me a substantial amount of knowledge in SEN.
