Lydia, after-school childcare - CT1 Canterbury

Hello, my name is Lydia, I am 20 years old. I am from Spain. I am currently studying early childhood studies at Canterbury Christ Church University.

When I was 17/18 years old I studied in America for 1 year, living with a host family. The family had 1 child who was 2 years old. On a regular basis I would baby sit the child, while the parents were at work or out of the house. Also in America the families neighbour had a child of 3 years old who i also baby sat. While looking after the children I played with them, helped them with homework, cooked them dinner and put them to bed.

In Spain I have three brothers all of which are younger than me. They are 16 years old, 5 years old and 3 months old. I have been a big part of their lives, due to my parents living a busy life with work.

I am very good at speaking English, and would be willing to help children to learn to speak Spanish.

I am looking to babysit for children within walking distance of Canterbury high street. I am free most days and evenings, working around my studies. I am also free during the weekends.
