Kirsten, after-school childcare - DD1 Dundee

Hello, my name is Kirsten and I am 17 years old. I love working with children and my ambition is to become a primary school teacher. To do this I need to gain lots of experience of working with children and therefore, I am looking to do so. I also achieved a National 5 award in Early Education and Childcare where I learnt different aspects of caring for children of all ages. I already have lots of experience of working with children aged 4-12 in many different settings such as Brownies, after school clubs, gymnastic clubs, babysitting, drama clubs and primary school classroom, however, I would really like to expand on this to help push my skills and abilities for the future. I can care for children of any age (preferably 3 years +). I enjoy working with children as I am very creative, patient, empathetic, enthusiastic and positive and I think that these skills are vital when caring for children and meeting the needs of the parents.
