Stacie, after-school childcare - DN35 Cleethorpes

I'm Stacie, I am 22 years of age and the eldest of 4 children, my siblings are 16, 7, and 3 years old. I am currently attending University in Grimsby and work part time at Uniform Direct.

I help my parents out a lot with babysitting and overnight stays and I am experienced in looking after all age groups of children and teenagers, I worked at a summercamp in America last year and have experienced working with children with different needs and wants, such as having to take certain medications daily, behavioural issues, ADD and ADHD, and physical disabilities.

I am willing to help with homework and daily chores around the house, as I understand it is important to make sure the children are in a clean and tidy environment, also that they learn that it is important to tidy after themselves as well. I would take children out to parks and the beach if the weather permits so that they are not stuck indoors all the time or getting bored. I enjoy getting children to learn about things they may not know and stimulated and researching to broaden their knowledge.

I enjoy looking after children and would be delighted if I could offer my experience to other families also.
