My childminding experience has very much been inside my own household, I have two younger siblings with the smallest age gap being 6 years, so I've often had to babysit. Recently however, I have begun to work with other families locally, often taking care of those in the toddler age group. I understand the amount of patience and dedication it takes to look after a child, and trust that I've also sat through a few homework tantrums! Both of my siblings also have mental conditions, so I'm well-educated on how to deal with special needs such as Autism or ADHD.
