I have more free time specially in the mornings, in the evening and during the week end.
About my experience, I love working with children. In Italy I did more babysitting for children of different age, the smallest baby I looked after was 6 month. Last year I worked on a nursery as an assistant teacher with children age two to six years. And every summer I worked as a volunteer animator mini club at my parish. 
since I've been here in Richmond instead (in addition to my work as an au pair) sometimes I do babysitting triplet sister ships of three years.
