Carly, after-school childcare in Miskin CF45

My name is Carly. I am 20 years old and live in Mid Glamorgan, South Wales. I passed my CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education with a B 2 years ago and have been in employment in a variety of childcare settings, including working as a special needs teaching assistant. I have also worked on holiday parks as a family entertainer and planned and provided activities for children to help their development.
I have a passion for music and being creative, this often reflects in my work. I enjoy taking time to get to know a child and understand their individual needs. I understand how important it is for follow instructions set by parents/guardians to keep a child in their daily routine. I encourage diversity within my care to ensure children feel safe and secure. I enjoy being creative with activities and letting children get messy (when it's ok with their parents, hehe!) I am able to be contacted at any time.
