I am an energetic individual who considers their self to be a committed worker, with a driven passion to work with and support children and young people. I desire to educate myself further to grow and adapt my professionalism through experience and knowledge from others. I seek to find solutions to challenges, through using a positive attitude and mind set. I take great pride in my nature of trustworthiness, reliability and punctuality, which have stemmed from experience in job roles, as well as work experience placements during my education. My initiative demonstrates a motivation within myself that is eager to further my career, through subsequently enhancing my skills to their maximum potential. Due to my enthusiasm, I have increased my confidence through liaising with service users and fellow colleagues. No matter what I am faced with, I am never hesitant to complete a complex task. To pass my GCSE child development I was expected to attend a health and safety awareness course, as well as first aid. Currently these awards are out of date, although I have gained useful knowledge through observation.
