Krystal, after-school childcare in Swindon SN1

My name is Krystal, I am a responsible and committed individual. I am very creative and enjoy music and art! I did a placement working in a nursery with 2-4 year olds for a year. I gained a lot of experience working closely with a team of professionals.
I was acountable for helping prepare snacks, keep their surroundings clear and hazard free. I would be interacting and playing with the children and catering to their various, individual needs and challenges. Safeguarding procedures and confidentiality was an important part of the role. I enjoyed getting to observe a few individuals and see how thier development changed over time. I really enjoyed planning games and activities that supported children's development based on their age and abilities.
I also have worked as a part time support worker with a special needs child for a couple of years, assisting in creative play and maintinging his personal routines.
Through my experiences, there have been many challenging children who have various needs. I enjoyed creating relationships with these children allowing them to feel secure and learning more about them.
