Sharon, after-school childcare in Witham

I have been a nursery practitioner for 20 years now which has allowed me to develop my own ideas in teaching children, and has allowed me to be very patient in teaching children also. I enjoy working with children of all ages, as well as working with children with special needs. I am a confident, hardworking and friendly individual, who also likes to work as a dedicated member of a team. I am punctual, reliable, energetic and very resourceful.

I am very good with communicating with all members of the team, as well as sharing ideas on how to set up activities with the children. I have completed daily paperwork for the children's routine, as well as preparing the nursery in the morning for the rest of the day. I have a basic understanding in Makaton. I have certificates in Pediatric first aid, and NNEB in childcare, as well as various in-house training courses such as safeguarding. I have also good experience in cleaning office's. Having brought up three children on my own due to a divorce, I have had to be very independent and self reliant as the years have gone by.

I also have numerous years experience as a nanny working as live in nanny after I left college.
