Katy, after-school childcare - L11 Liverpool

Hi, I'm Katy!
I'm 26 years old, born and living in Liverpool with my parents. I have recently returned from working abroad in France and Austria as a child carer and wish to continue in this path. Previous to this I have worked in infant and primary schools as a learning support assistant and I have also worked in a residential care home for 2 years looking after teenagers with autism.

I am very bubbly with a good sense of humour and a warm nature. I have extensive training in things like first aid, safeguarding, food hygiene etc. and I have worked closely with risk assessments so understand how to keep children safe.

Whilst working as a child carer abroad I would be constantly playing games, arranging activities like arts and crafts, singing songs etc. but I am also able to work to an educational setting from my experience of working in schools.

I have worked all types of hours.
