Hansha, after-school childcare in London

I am Hansha am 20 year old. I've had childcare experience for the last five years, I have attended college where I received my qualification and I am fully qualified to work and care for any young child. During this time I also had placements, where I put everything I learned into practice, so this gave me the chance to put my theory into practice and to experience what begin a childcare setting is all about. I have also worked in a nursery caring for young children's and babies, this allow me to develop certain skills and qualities as a child carer, such as interacting and communicating, understanding children's at their level using appropriate language, playing and giving them the chance to explore and investigate for themselves, allowing children's to take risks and challenges as well as supporting them through this process, developing a bond with the child and their family so that the parents feel comfortable in sharing any concerns or positive feedbacks they have.
