Hi, my name is Chiara. I am a 20 year old student taking a year off of university to work. I am natively French and Finnish, but lived in NY for 5 years for high school, and did a lot of babysitting there as well as back in France. I am looking to help a family, perhaps in the evenings and on weekends, and can be available to pick up your children from daycare from 3pm onwards, if you have a conflicting schedule with work. My skills/abilities are that I can speak three languages (including basic Spanish), can tutor, play with and feed your children, as well as give them a bath and put them to bed. I enjoy the company of children, and often get invested into playing imaginary games and having fun with them, but I also know how to set a boundary. I have played with children in the park, made them dinner, and can help practise a second language with them by implementing it into the time I spend with them.
I charge a fair rate, because I look after the children whilst they are in my care, but I go above and beyond to play with the children and enter their imaginary worlds, and to bring them comfort when they need it. I will/can pick up the children from daycare, make them a snack, play with them either at home or at the playground, and can be in charge of helping out or doing bath time, helping with their homework and putting them to bed.
