Khadeeja, after-school childcare in Middlesbrough

I am a creative individual whose interested in early years education, SEN, and speech therapy.

I am currently taking time away from my studies and would like to take some time to gain formal experience with childcare.

Although I have no professional experience, I do have personal experience looking after, feeding, and playing with my nieces and nephews. The older kids love to play pictionary and noughts and crosses with me.

I'd love to help with homework too!
I may not be able to help with any subject, but I'm happy to help with reading, writing, basic maths (primary school level), history, art projects etc.

I also have experience with some caring tasks with a disabled family member, so I know what it may be like to work with children who may be vulnerable.

I can make some snacks or lunch (pasta salad, sandwiches, chips etc.) but i'm not too good at cooking yet.

At the moment I am looking to work weekends only.

Please note that I may take a few minutes to pray during prayer times (usually in the afternoon/evening). This doesn't take long, and I intend to stop if there is a necessity during work.
