Tanya, after-school childcare in Middlesbrough TS4

Hi there my name is Tanya , Im 32* years old.I Have a diploma nneb in childcare, I have two years professiinal experiences and I have six years personal experiences , I also have autism awareness and I am trainning to be a classroom assitant, I Am fun very good time keeper, and organised like keeping routins as family homes all have these. I Worked with in day nursery where your role is making sure your care is at a high standard, keeping to changinging , feeding and keeping children have fun and learning in a safe enovoriment.Also keeping a weekly planner of activites to help promote, and enable the children to learn .Having personal experirnces with helping my sisters little superstar, who special needs but is a pleasure to help, as he doesnt like change I always try plan ahead and let him know if theres any changes before and as find it best when helping him settle .
