Ashleigh, after-school childcare in North shields NE29

My name is Ashleigh . I am looking to work within childcare because I am very passionate about caring for children. I find it very rewarding seeing a child learn and the joy in their face when they are having fun and they are proud because they have learnt something new. Working with children is a happy job, seeing children grow and develop, laugh and make friends is very rewarding. I believe that a child's growth, learning and happiness is most important. I enjoy being creative with children creating activities that cause joy and excitement for the children. I have previously had experience within a high pace nursery, every day I would make new activities for the children to do for the different ages, I would make activities that cover different keys of learning such as learning the alphabet, learning to write, read and be creative. For example an activity I have done is giving the child a list of the alphabet and given them the opportunity to go round the room and look for them letters on the objects within the room and say the letter every time they find it on an object, for children of an older age that are more aware of names of objects when they do this activity I also encouraged them to say the name of the object when they find the letter on it.
