Hello, I'm anna-jo o may not have the experience through college but I have been doing jobs for family friends and a few people around when I have lived since I was 15, I always get good results when the parents come home to find their children, asleep, calmed down just watching TV etc... I have always loved looking after children and I have always done my best for great results I always go by the parents rules. If there are any problem while parents are gone I will always get in contact and tell the truth on the situation, I won't just try and hide thngs .I'm a very honest out going person and I will always be available and if not possible I will give notice for instance is I'm ill, family emerangcy etc... I will always be reliable its very rare there is a family emeragancy and very rare that I'm ill.

Anna-Jo worked alongside me as a child care assistant she is a very hard working girl and deals very well with all children she has a very caring nature and is able to gain and keep the attention of the children. She is always punctual and her attendance is 100% Anna has no flaws as such the only small thing I can think of is that she is overly critical of herself. I was very sad to see Anna leave however I know she will be able to have an extremely rewarding career in child care and would be an asset to any employer.
