Megan, after-school childcare in Rudry CF83

I am a 16 year old girl (17 in July). I am currently studying a level 3 diploma in child care, learning and development at Coleg y Cymoedd - Nantgarw campus. I have a DBS check and have worked in a placement setting at a primary school with children aged 5-6. Currently, I am on baby placement with children aged 1-3. I have a baby brother that is 6 months old and I also have very close relatives that I have experience with (oldest is now 6). I am going to be in college until the end of June 2017. Currently I am looking for a Saturday day/night job, willing to work whatever time on a this day and occasionally evenings through the week (6-11pm latest; depending on distance from home) I'm very familiar with games, activities, Welsh and also English nursery rhymes. I am able to help children with homework they may have whether it be maths, English, art, science etc. I thoroughly enjoy being around children and find myself most happiest when around them. I am able to cook for children and am aware of the portion sizes etc - GCSE catering A (proof if wanted) I'm also aware of different cultures and the foods suitable and not suitable for certain religions. I believe I am very experienced with children as I have constantly been around them since I was 10 years old. I would say I'm great around children, I'm very happy and bubbly and their happiness always comes first. I like to make children feel comfortable and engaged with games and play. I am hoping to go onto working in a nursery setting when I have completed my level 3 diploma.
