About Me
Hi, my name is Laura. I am 20 years old and I am currently a final year student at Sheffield Hallam University. I will graduate as a Primary School teacher this year, specialising in Early Years education. I have excellent timekeeping and punctuality. I have worked with children for 5 years as a trainee teacher (from newborn to secondary school age)

My Experience
I currently babysit for a 1 year old girl, one day a week 8am - 6pm, taking her on days out and spending the day doing fun and creative activities.

During my teacher training I have gained great experience. I have completed 2 block placements (12 weeks in total) teaching foundation stage children to Year 6 children. I was graded as an 'OUTSTANDING' teacher. (Ofsted grading)

I have a wide range of experience in planning and teaching Literacy, Phonics, Mathematics, Art, Physical Education and many more subjects. (Would provide a wide range of evidence if needed) I am particularly passionate about reading.

I have specialist training and experience in caring for and working with children with English as an additional language and children with special needs. I also have had experience in forest school training and I value the outdoors as a learning environment.

I am the eldest in my family with 2 younger siblings as well as 6 younger cousins. I have had a lifetime of experience in looking after young children and I undoubtably love my career choice!

My Qualifications
I hold a full DBS (formerly CRB) check.
I will graduate this year from Sheffield Hallam University with a predicted 1st Class in BA (Honours) Early Years Education (3-7) with QTS.
I hold 15 GCSE's A*-C.
I hold 4 A Levels and 1 AS level.

My Availability
I am available to work all evenings, 7 days a week, as well as full day availability Thursday and Friday.
