Maysen, after-school childcare in Taughmonagh

As a recent transplant to Belfast from Canada, I'm looking for part-time work while I get settled in the city. I'm available for afternoon and evening shifts, as well as night shifts.

Over the last 3 years I've gained experience working with children aged 3 weeks to 18 years old and feel comfortable working with all ages.

As a nanny I strive to set a good example for my charges by leading an active lifestyle. I've been working as a nanny for the last 3 years and have had the pleasure of working for many families on a full and part time basis. Each family posed a new challenge and I enjoy finding new exciting activities that each charge can enjoy. I love to read and get the creative juices flowing as much as I love exploring our surroundings. I try to keep my charges involved in the basic household duties (basic meal prep, putting away laundry, etc) in order to instill in them a sense of responsibility.

In Vancouver I was lucky to be a part of a Nanny Network and was a co-organizer of a professional development conference for caregivers.
