Amy, au pair - AB53 New deer

I have worked with children for over 3 years now. For 2 years i spent time in a nursery setting with babies from 3 months old, right up to children preparing to go to school. I spent time self study for my qualification in social services for children and young people whilst working in the nursery. Most of my time was spent within the 2’s room, until the point I was promoted to 3-5’s team leader.
More recently, over the last year i have been working with a charity, supporting families whom have children with life threatening and life limiting illnesses within their own homes. As well as home care, i ran after school and Saturday clubs for children with additional support needs within the age range of 5-18 years old.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friend’s children, taking them on trips/days out. I live on a farm so I enjoy helping and taking care of our cows and sheep, alongside my 3 dogs. Spending time with family and friends is important to me, and I enjoy being around them. I also enjoy attending fitness classes and keeping fit.
