Amanda, au pair in Bognor regis

I'm Amanda and have been working in the childcare sector for nearly 10 years now.
I completed a Level 3 diploma in childcare and have also completed a wide range of courses to help with children's learning and development.

I am currently keen to find a family to nanny for (either live in or live out). I have worked with children from Birth - 6 years and would be happy to work with any children of these ages.

My qualities as a person would be that I am a confident and positive person who works extremely hard.
I always strive to achieve to the highest standard possible , at any given tasks.
I am a reliable and punctual person who can always be relied upon to do an excellent job.
I believe that I am a very patient and calm person with a friend disposition , this is something that reflects in my day to day work with children.

My experience with working with children varies from working with children from 0-6 years. I have also worked with children with Special Educational needs and have a wide understanding on this.

I have a exceptional understanding of the Early Years Framework (EYFS) and the impact that this has on children's learning development

From my experience with working with children I feel I know how important it is to ensure that the child/children are being looked after and being kept stimulated in the environment that they are in.

In my practice I have a provided a wide range of different activities to suit children of all ages. I have the understanding that children's interests should always be incorporated in activities and that there should always be a learning goal outcome.

I feel I can provide fun, laughter and energy when working with children. I especially enjoy activities that involve children exploring.
I love to provide messy and sensory play with younger children as I believe this is a great way to explore as well as giving them the opportunity to make their own discoveries, imagination and senses through play.

Lastly I feel that the most important thing is that children are happy , well cared and loved in the environment that they are in. This is something I believe I offer and feel strongly passionate about .
