Jenni, au pair in Cleveleys

Hello. My name is Jennifer and I am 19 years of age. My birthday is 13th November 1994. I live in Thornton Cleveleys but retain a full drivers license so I am very willing to travel. I attended Arnold School from the ages of 11-16 and achieved the following results:
English literature- A

After school I attended Blackpool and the Fylde College to study Children's Learning, Health and Development National Diploma. Whilst completing this course i worked in a nursery in all age groups:
Babies - 0-2 years of age
Toddlers- 2-3 years of age
Pre School- 3-5 years of age
I also completed a placement at a local primary school in Cleveleys from ages 0-8.
I finished this course in May 2014 with a full distinction.
I have worked since I was 14 years old. My first job was for a coffee shop in Blackpool and I have also worked at Thornton Lodge pub. Both jobs entailed basic customer service, money handling and food service.
I also worked in the nursery I had previously been at placement at in Cleveleys for 3 months during summer where I worked in the pre school area (ages 3-5). However this job was short lived because I had to go back to college to complete my second year.
I also worked for a local Gymnastics Club called Gym Mania in fleetwood. I started as a volunteer when I was 14 years old and by 18 years old with the help and support of the head coach did my Level 1 Gymnastics course to qualify me to lead small groups of children on my own and train them without supervision of a senior coach. I also completed many more courses whilst working here including safeguarding, first aid, choreography and Gymnastics for All course which focuses on children with disabilities.
Whilst growing up I had a responsibility to my mum to help her care for my severely disabled brother Matthew. She would need help moving him as he was immobile, feeding him through a tube and day to day cleanliness.
I am very passionate about Childcare and cannot think of a more fulfilling job. I am always looking for new experiences and I am hoping this will help me further my career in caring for children. I am punctual, presentable and very flexible to work any hours needed.
