I am 23 years old, currently a trainee manager at a day nursery. I'm qualified level three in children and young people's workforce and have been working in childcare since I was 17 years old. I've worked in the baby room all the way up to the pre school room. I hold a paediatric first aid certificate complete last year, I am the designated safeguarding lead and the time to talk champion.
