Leanne, au pair in Detling

Hello! My name is Leanne. By day, I am a Palliative Care Assistant in a Children’s Hospice, by night, a Harry Potter addict!

I consider myself to have a bubbly and eccentric personality and I have always had a passion about working with children as part of a career. In addition to this, I am reliable, trustworthy and responsible (cliché, I know) however, you can never be too careful when caring for children.

I have experience working with children in a Special Needs School setting, mainly with Autism and ADHD as well as experience with children with more complex health needs in my current full-time employment in Palliative and End of Life Care.

I love to play games! I love to make up games! There is no better way to spend time than playing in the garden, or sat around the table playing board games. Of course, I enjoy playing video games too, however, after a long day at school or sat for hours doing homework, these are the perfect way to release all their energy.

Of course, there is much more to me than I could write in this profile, such as more about my personality and my abilities that can't be put to paper. I look forward to meeting you and being able to prove why I am the ideal choice for your childcare.
