Amy, au pair - DH2 Pelton

I am a level 4 senior practitioner with 4 years of childcare experience, within which, I have learned and acquired multiple skills within the industry including:
• Experience of working with children aged 0-11 years.
• Outstanding knowledge of the EYFS.
• The ability to work in partnership with parents.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self motivated, ambitious and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Team leading, running my own room, my own planning, supporting my colleges.
• Working in a team, i have previously worked within a small team of 5 to a large team 100 staff.
• Key worker system, in previous roles i have had a number of key children from 5 to 25 key children.
• Additional needs worker, working one to one with a child with autism, working with his parents and in partnership with other health professionals.

I am a happy, friendly, bubbly, caring person with numerous child care qualifications and nearly 5 years expereince.
