Maria, au pair in Harrogate HG1

Hi, my name is Maria. I am 19 and I currently live in the UK. I am looking to move to France and gain work as a nanny/child carer. I have two nieces, aged seven and five, who I look after often and have done since they were born, even living with them for over a year. I have a little amount of professional experience, having done some work experience in a nursery. From my work experience and years of caring for my nieces, I have gained a large variety of qualities and skills. These include technical skills but also goes deeper to personal qualities. I am very enthusiastic, creative and fun. I enjoy engaging with and encouraging children in many activities, such as sport, music, arts and crafts. I am very family orientated. Due to this I am deeply nurturing, a child's safety is of utmost importance to me. I greatly enjoy reading and have a deep passion for History. I would relish passing my knowledge on to any child (or children) under my care, as well as other subjects, such as science and literature. Finally, I pride myself on being mature, responsible and reliable.
