Sasha, au pair in Hyde

Hi,
My names Sasha and I am a 26, I am Autistic but this doesn't stop me from providing the best care possible for your children. I am unemployed at the minute but I am looking at completing my NVQ Level 3 in Childcare to further my skill set. I have many years experience with working with Children through working in Nurseries, I have worked with 6 months - 10 years where I helped plan structured activities and helped promote positive reinforcement of behaviour and communication. I also worked with younger children and encouraged their development through sensory play and motor skills. I helped with all meal times of the day and any toileting/nappy changing that needed to be done. I also had good communication with both the staff and the child’s parent/carer. I also have knowledge on Safeguarding Children and the Child Protection Policy and maintaining the health and wellbeing of each infant at a high standard. I have references to hand if required
