Katherine, au pair in Ashleworth

I am a Psychology Graduate from Gloucestershire who is seeking a nannying position.

I have had extensive experience working with minors. Over the course of my degree, I have nannied part time for twins from birth to three years and their younger sister when she was born in the second year.

I have also had experience working with minors in a school environment. During the summers of 2016 and 2017, I have worked as a senior student leader in which I care for international students aged between 7-18-years of age while they are studying at a summer school. This involved taking students around London and other cities in the UK for trips and activities and keeping them safe and happy during the evenings and overnight. During the most recent summer, I have been promoted to a senior management staff member as a result of being recognised for the work I have provided to the summer school.

During my role as a dance teacher, I learned how to communicate effectively with younger students. This involved enthusing students about dance and keeping them focused while planning dance lessons to teach them while the classes remained fun.

I enjoy the stability that nannying brings to the children's lives and believe that I can use my past experiences to give your children the best chance at learning while having fun. I am passionate about giving children the best possible start in life and am determined to deliver this.
