My name is Ife , I am a student at the University of Chester. To give you an understanding of who I am, Its best described as "a big kid in a grown body". I believe that children respond well to me because I don't assume superiority. I make it clear that I am the one who is looking after them but I always find a way to get in touch with my inner child to connect with whoever I'm working with and create a bond. My childlike manner does not interfere with me actually performing my job and is not misunderstood as immaturity because of my professionalism. I love to play games and have fun with whoever I am working with but can also appreciate children that just want to sit down and read a book or watch TV maybe. Ultimately its down to the parents and I will be sure to sit down and actually discuss what you want me to do prior to looking after your children.
