Angie, au pair in Great barton IP31

My name is Angie, I'm a young carer, I've been around children all my life including having younger siblings, my youngest sibling is 19 months old, followed by a four year old, a nine year old and a twelve year old with also older siblings too. I have also helped one of my family members who is a childminder in which she looks after a range of ages.

My experience working in a care setting is varied, I have done work experience in a primary school, I have also done work experience in a nursery and opportunity group which I enjoyed so much.

My current job is working in a crèche where I work with children from the ages of 3 months to 9 years of age.

My aspiration is to become a paediatric nurse, as I love working with children so much I really connect with children and like to make play time lots of fun

I'm going into a foundation degree doing a level 4 in early childhood studies which I will be starting in late 2017.

I like to do lots of activities weather it is outdoor activities or indoor, I'm very good at getting stuck in with children and their activities to make it more fun and enjoy spending time with them, teaching them and guiding them, children are the new future and its exciting getting to know all of their different personalities, their preferences and how they perceive the wonderful world.
