Sara, au pair in Greenside

I did my level 3 training at Sixth form at Thorp Academy. While I was there I did 3 placements working with 3 different age groups. The first of my placements was in a nursery in a primary school working with children aged 3 and 4. My second placement was working in a different primary school with children aged 6 and 7. My final placement was working in a private nursery on domestic premises, working with babies from birth up to 11 years. During my final placement in the final year of my 2 year training I was offered a full time job. Over the past 4 years I have done some babysitting for 3 different families, meeting the basic care needs of the children I cared for.

I would now like to take my skills and experience and commit myself and work with one family on a permanent basis and assist them with their child care needs as a Nanny.
