My name is Bethany .
I am a mature 22 year old with 8 years experience working with children. As I come from a large family I have always enjoyed being with children. This has allowed me to gain experience and knowledge of how to care for and nurture children to the best of my ability. I am currently working full time at a nursery with children from the age of 3 months to 9 years. Included in this I also work on a one to one basis with a child with additional needs. Although I enjoy my job I am looking for something new.
I have been babysitting since I was fourteen usually at weekends and evenings. Although I have also cared for a boy with down syndrome and his two younger brothers. Through these experiences I feel that I have a lot of ideas to share in my future employment. I feel that I am a very mature, kind and caring person. I am very animal friendly I have always lived in an animal friendly house hold and from a young age I have ridden horses. I am hard working and happy to muck in with whatever jobs need fulfilling. In my spare time and at work I enjoy baking, I feel this is a great activity for children as you are able to incorporate their development into a fun activity. The needs of the children will always be of paramount importance to me. I will try to help your children grow and develop to the best of my ability. Through outdoor and indoor play I will help the children develop life skills that will benefit them in their later life. I hope through bonding and interacting with the children, I can play a part in their life helping to develop them emotionally and socially.
