Marlene, au pair - KA30 Largs

Hello there! My name is Marlene , I am a fun, cheerful lady of 20 years old and although I seem full of energy and quirky ideas you will most likely find me quite calm and a loving friend!

I studied Child & Recreation through preparatory school for 3 years when I lived in Sweden, and have been privately babysitting in my spare time. On top of this I have worked as a teacher in kindergartens and pre-schools ranging from ages 0 to 8 years old.
Another good quality I have is that I enjoy doing housework, and I worked for a professional cleaning service at a hospital.

Some of my favourite activities to do with children are stimulating or team-strengthening exercises, all of which encourage physical practices whether it be fine or gross motor skills (ie. using pencils, scissors, jumping or climbing).

During my spare time I enjoy creative hobbies such as crocheting, painting/drawing and sculpturing. My interests other than working with children also include working with and studying animals, traveling and playing a wide variety of games (be it computer games, video games, board games, activities, cards or other fun).

I'm a good natured person, I do not smoke nor do I drink as it is just not in my taste or life style. I would rather spend my time reading a good book or watch a movie with friends and family.
