My name is Shannan . I am 20 years old. I live in locally in Llanelli. I attended Gower College and received four A-Levels. At the moment, I am taking a year or two out of university to understand and find out more of what type of subject I want to study. I am studying GCSE Spanish. I enjoy cooking, baking and different outdoor activities. I have had experience in providing care for disabled children with ADHD, Aspergers syndrome and Autism as my parents have been fostering for the last four years. In May 2013, I undertook work experience in a local primary school called Alfred Sutton School situated In Reading. I worked with young children with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour between the ages of eight to ten years old. This involved, working alongside the teacher in the classroom directly helping pupils with their studies for approximately two hours a week over a ten week period. I received a student tutoring certificate for this voluntary work.
