My name is Chloe , and I'm eighteen years old.
I am looking to care for children in a home setting, as I have experience in a nursery and while I fully enjoy it, I feel that a more focused job, where I can look after a few children and really help their development will be more rewarding.
I have excellent written and spoken communication skills developed through various essays written and exam skills used throughout Secondary School and Sixth Form.
Work well under pressure and in pressured time conditions, also able to take initiative and take orders, ensuring any deadlines are met, as demonstrated in my previous part time job at Redworth Hall Hotel.
An ability to cater to the needs of children from ages 0-7, and experience in a busy day nursery, helping with child development, and every day needs.
I have experience working in a busy day Nursery has prepared me to meet the needs of children from ages 0-7. I have worked in three different nurseries for the company, including one based in a school. I have worked in all rooms in the nursery (Babies, Toddlers, and Pre-School), and am confident in all. I have formed bonds with the children and families, and know how to work in partnership to ensure that the children get the best care they can.
In my role, I have taken care of daily routines such as nappy changing, and preparing snack, as well as helping the children develop their skills through play. I have a good knowledge of the EYFS, and have used Tapestry to create observations that have been viewed by parents.
