Charlotte worked for me as an auapair from the 20th August until 23rd December 2016. I would highly recommend her for a position in Child care. Charlotte worked for 72hrs in a two week period looking after my son that turned 1 years old in October. She was always very attentive, always played with him, organised play dates while I was at work, researched places to take him without me having to encourage her. Charlotte was fantastic with my baby always attending to his needs from feeding to bathing him. I never had to tell her to pay more attention to him or get off her social media as she had a very good work ethic. Charlotte was always positive, happy and always willing to help me even outside her work hours without asking her. Charllotte was an absolute pleasure to have around and I have kept in contact with her as she has become a very important part of Caleb's life and they have developed a very strong connection very early in her time with us. Charlotte was very good at updating me with photos and messages while I was working and I would not hesitate to have her back in my home and looking after Caleb. The only flaw is that Charlotte wasn't able to stay longer with us but again I wouldn't hesitate to have her back anytime.
