Hello my name is Alisha Asif and I am 17 years old I am enthusiastic, dedicated and willing to learn new skills. I am flexible and also reliable. I have a good personality and am very easy to get along with. I am an adaptable individual who takes great pride in my work. I am a very confident friendly person with a bubbly personality; my confidence enables me to speak to people effortlessly. I believe I have the key skills to embark on this profession as I am a dedicated, responsible hard working caring individual who has requisite commitment and stamina. I have varied experience with working with children which indicate that I can work with different people

Work Experience

Teaching Aissasnt: The beeches primary school
Work placement gave me the opportunity to work with children around the ages of 4-5-year-olds I would encourage and motivate them to complete tasks, whilst praising them on effort and excellent behaviour. During my time there, I worked alongside the other youth workers helping to support the children with their education, games and so on. I also worked well in a team, had good customer service skills, punctuality and the ability to work independently whilst completing tasks. This improved my time management skills as I did not want to let my team members down.

I have also worked with babies in a baby room for 4 weeks in little tiggers and got the experience on how to put the children to sleep and how to communicate and play with the children.
I am currently doing my work experience at the Voyger nursery where I’m working in a pre school where I help to set up tasks and help to prepare snack and lunch times and also work with the children.
