Linzi, au pair in Portsmouth

I am 22 years of age I have just over six year experience working with children age range from 3months to 7 years, I am fun loving caring person with a passion to make children smile, I am very organised and self motivated and enjoy being creative, I have worked in a team and also been a leader in my previous , I worked with different parents to help with their children's progression, I have had experienced working with children with autism, behaviour problems, and children who are behind on reaching their mild stones I have worked hard to with these children and provide care and one to one to support with them, also doing different stimulating activities to help them, I have been on different courses to put in to practice, I am very easy going, with parents and children and children are my first priority
