Emma, au pair - S44 Bolsover

Hello, my name is Emma. I have just completed my degree in Psychology and I am taking a year out before applying for a masters in Forensic Psychology. My main interests are reading, walking, going out to places of interest such as museums and I also often look after my nieces, aged 8 and 5.

I am flexible as to what hours I can do and what responsibilities I am willing to undertake. I have had a large amount of experience with looking after children through family and working at a nursery. I also have a qualification in Childcare at a distinction level. I have looked after children at all ages, as my niece lived with us when she was born and I looked after her overnight and through most of the day when her sister was born.

I am creative, friendly, compassionate and good at problem solving. I am good with time management and I am dedicated. Through my experience with children, I am often good at thinking of activities to keep them happy but I am also aware of the professional boundaries that come with working with children and I am also aware of the great need for confidentiality.

I am more than willing to meet with parents and/ or children before working as I understand the importance of finding a suitable person for the role.
