Originally from Southport, I am a student currently studying Medicine at the University of Leicester. I am in Southport for my summer holidays (until end of September) and am looking to care for children part time or full time whilst I am home, now and in future holidays from University.

I absolutely love taking care of children and have 5+ years experience of doing so, both in Southport, elsewhere in the UK and across Europe. Last summer I travelled with a family from Sussex to Chantilly and Southern Spain taking care of their 4 year old daughter, three dogs and nine horses!

I have babysat for a number of local families in the past, taking care of children aged 4 months up to 8 years. My responsibilities include feeding and bathing the children, assisting with dressing and toileting, and taking the children out during the day. I often go to events with the families to look after the children. I am also able to help with school and nursery runs and have a full drivers licence and own car to facilitate this.

Whilst traveling with previous families I have worked for I developed ways to keep the children engaged which included games in the swimming pool, playing on the trampoline or the swing set, or riding bikes if outdoors. During particularly hot times of the day we would spend time indoors colouring, playing games or doing arts and crafts. We also spent a lot of time eating in restaurants where I would keep the children busy and well behaved.
