Is charlotte , I am 22 years old and have been a nanny 3 1/2 years and have gained much experience along the way working for 3 different family within this time , I enjoy working with children and helping them to learn new and exciting things as well gaining the most from everything they experince , I like to think of my self as firm but fair and having boundaries and respect as well as being kind hearted , warm , and approachable at all times.I am very organised , tidy and like to plan ahead to give the children and myself structure of the week . I have looked after children of many different ages from ages youngest 14 months old and oldest 11 years old .
