I am a 20 year old, bubbly and fun person who has lots of experience with all ages.In my time I have been lucky enough to work a variety of different areas and had lots of experience in different roles. Throughout my working life I have continually developed both personally and professionally. I started volunteering from the age of 12 and continued until I was given a paid role at 16. Being self motivated and having a desire to improve and help others I loved the whole time working as part of a group to give a great service for young people in youth centres. When the time comes I am very focused on what has to be done and am able to take charge of a situation. As part of my paid role I was to run the centre improving my skill set and ensuring I’m able to negotiate and problem solve. Working with young people means I have to be patient and listen to people. Since then I have been luckily enough to work for TUI holidays where I was working as a nursery nurse in there sensatori 5* plus hotels providing care for children 0-12 years I have just got back from a Sumer season in Tenerife and will be returning in march 2018
