Carmen, au pair in Southwater

I am a confident, reliable 18 year old girl with nearly 2 years experience working with children from birth to 4 years. I have the option of living in southwater or Oxted depending on where my job is. I have just completed my level 3 in child care and am looking for a change. I feel that I am I strong candidate for many positions as I am up for a challenge and able to motivate. I believe both discipline and praise are vital, therefore I can be firm if/when needed but am also a fun, outgoing, kind hearted and bubbly person.
