As a hard working and determined individual, I always strive to do my best in all tasks set to me, achieving quality results. I am a social person, so talking and assisting people comes naturally to me, which also allows me to work well in a team. My communication skills benefit quite well from my ability to manage myself in a developed environment as I work amongst other people. Creativity is something that I aim to show in all things. It is my main objective to think outside the box to get the quality out of everything. Listening to the concerns and ideas of people takes priority in my aims, this allowing me to improve as well as develop ways of performing better to benefit the people that I work and associate with.
Working with children, I have always found a passion for helping them develop and learn, progressing towards their developmental milestones.
I enjoy showing children how to be creative by using my own creativity to plan activities that help children to process information in a logical but fun way in order to encourage development.
As I have worked within a nursery setting, I have found that I am able to relate to children on a personal yet professional level that gives them confidence in themselves as well as the help they receive from me.
I have always had aspirations to work with children as they give me an incentive to work hard to show them a good role model.
