My name Shelli i am 22 years old, I have been working in the care sector since i was 15. I studied at the inverness UHI for 3 years studing Early Education & Children to which i graduated my HNC in 2012. From the age of 15 to 21 i had been working with children & adults with additional needs but due to a recent move in 2014 i got a job in my local nursery full time and got offered the position of senior nursery nurse to which i am still in full time employment with. Overall i love working with children its what i was made to do, FUN is most important for me as without any fun there would be no learning! Childrens development is only expanded on if we adults make the effort.
