hi my name is fazila and have many years experience working with children and families. I enjoy my job very much and gained a lot of experience over the years. I belive children need a friendly, happy and fun adult role modle around them whilst parents leave them in care, I am very hard working and have excellent time keeping manegment skills I enjoy working closely with the parents and children and understand their individual needs.
