My name is Beth and I am a first year University Student living in Llanelli and attending Swansea University.
I have many years of childcare experience having grown up as the youngest of five children. My older brothers and sister have children of their own who I regularly babysit. They are ages; 1 year, 2 years, 4 years, 4 years, 6 years, 8 years, 10 years, 11 years. My eldest brother and sister-in-law also have another baby on the way (we are used to newborns!)
I am looking for employment in this field because although I am happy to babysit my nieces and nephews, I do not wish to charge my family for this service. I would be willing to accept a low rate but would like some source of income while I study.
I consider myself to be very good with children - friendly, firm but fair. My aim is to become a teacher when I graduate from University.
I completed a Childline course to learn how to interact with children to help them communicate problems during my time as school. I have also been a Sunday School teacher at my local ecclesia for the past 2 years, teaching ages 10-12 years.
I am looking for few but regular shifts that fit around my University studies.
I will be available most Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, some Saturdays, Monday evenings and school holidays, and occasionally during daytime hours during the week. I will know more when I receive my University timetable in late September.
I like to take the children out to the park or for walks as much as possible. I am also happy to help the children with homework and / or reading. I believe in stimulating an active body and an active mind.
Please contact me by email if you have any other queries and I would be more than happy to answer them!

Very flexible. I am a University Student so any extra pocket money is a bonus. :)
